Overview
Microsoft Windows 10 is a popular operating system developed by Microsoft as part of its Windows operating series. It was released in October 2015, succeeding Windows 8 and marking a significant overhaul of the company’s desktop OS.
Key Features:
– User Interface (UI): Windows 10 features a new, simplified interface called Windows 10’s Modern UI, which is based on the Windows 8 design. The interface is more streamlined and visually appealing, with an emphasis on simplicity and minimalism.
– Cloud Integration: Microsoft introduced several cloud-based services in Windows 10, such as Microsoft OneDrive (a cloud storage service), Office 365 (a suite of productivity software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others), and Xbox Live (for gaming).

Legacy System:
Microsoft has been working towards an eventual retirement of Windows XP, but it remains one of its most popular operating systems. However, as of my cut-off knowledge date (01 March 2023), Microsoft continues to update and support Windows 10, ensuring compatibility with many existing software applications.
